Through The Work of Byron Katie and the Gottman Method, we’ll uncover insights that inspire growth and connection.​ With over a decade of experience, I’m honored to support your journey toward clarity, peace of mind, and personal growth.

I am certified as a Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie (Institute for the Work), a Positivity Coach (Positivity Global Coaching), trained in the Gottman Method (Gottman Institute, online), and a Wellness Counselor (eCornell University). Originally from Germany, I came to the US to earn a doctorate in piano performance.

The tendency of our minds towards negativity (negativity bias) aims to protect us, identify and avoid danger, and make sure we don’t miss a possible threat. Developing a positive mindset can help us see learning opportunities, support psychological and physical well-being, and can also improve our work-life and health.

The Work of Byron Katie is an amazing tool to understand the mind by questioning assumptions, beliefs, and stressful thoughts.
