10 sessions for couples This 10-session set is great for any couple! It allows us to look into areas that you would like to improve. Is communication a challenge in your relationship? We’ll look into it – working on understanding, developing new perspectives, and adding exercises and tools that you can use. Would you like to rebuild trust? These 10 sessions are a good starting point. We’ll do a combination of in-depth work and hands-on tools.  

As your facilitator and coach, I will support you in your growth and learning by asking questions and connecting you to your own answers. In addition, I will provide some exercises and tools. I do not give advice, this is not therapy.

What you can expect from me:

• Confidentiality 
• To be on time for our sessions
• To be fully present to our session
• A follow up email within 48 hours of your session
• An open ear for any questions or concerns you may have in between sessions
• To maintain the ethics and standards of the ITW (Institute of the Work) as well as the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
