Why Choose The Work With Judith?
It can help with
Strengthening the Positive
Positive psychology research points to something simple: relationships grow less from fixing what's broken and more from strengthening what's already good. I help you notice and build on the connection you already have — not just manage the problems.
Trust Issues
Experiencing a lack of trust can be very difficult in any relationship. We will approach your challenges with empathy and care, using the Gottman Method and the Work of Byron Katie to cultivate a more trusting relationship. With dedication and support, rebuilding trust is possible!
Our Interpretation
Most conflict doesn't come from what was said — it comes from what it meant to each of you. We give different meanings to the same words, and those meanings shape how we feel and react. I help you question those assumptions and look at the situation from all angles — which often brings new clarity, not just about what happened, but about yourself and your partner.
The Mind On Repeat
Our minds are wired to protect us — spotting danger and staying on guard. This is called negativity bias, a well-documented tendency toward negative thoughts.
That wiring is useful, but it can go into overdrive, keeping you stuck. I'll help you build awareness when it's happening, so you can learn how to step out of it.
Communication
Communication can be so challenging! There is so much that can be learned! I've seen partners develop the skill to express themselves more effectively as well as partners learning to listen in a way that makes their partner feel heard. Little changes can make a big difference!
