Are you trying to find a way out of conflict or stress?

Are you tired of suffering, of patterns that seem to repeat, of thoughts that are running in your mind? Are you open to looking at things in a different way?

My clients are tired of mindsets that don’t work. They want real change and transformation – and are willing and dedicated to work on it.

I offer coaching sessions as well as couples sessions.

My name is Judith Pfeiffer. I’m a Life Coach and a Certified Facilitator of the Work of Byron Katie. I have coached and facilitated people, couples, and groups from all over the country (and the world). I’ve seen over and over again that change is possible. Identifying and questioning limiting beliefs is not just powerful. It can be truly transformational.

My certifications and trainings:

  • Life Coach Certification (Positivity Global Coaching)
  • Certified facilitator of the Work of Byron Katie (Institute for the Work)
  • Certification of level 2 Gottman Couples Therapy (Gottman Institute)
  • Certification in Wellness Counseling (eCornell University)
  • Couples and Family Therapy Diploma (Centre of Excellence)
  • Doctorate in piano performance (University of Memphis)

Testimonial: Judith helped us so much during a very difficult time in our lives. We are feeling much stronger after working with her. My husband and I really enjoyed learning her techniques for improving our marriage. We never felt she was on one side or another…we were truly all a team. We not only learned how to live happier during the sessions, but also how to live happier for the long run. I have become much more positive with anything that life throws at me. Her vast knowledge has helped in all areas of life. I am so grateful we put in the time to work with Judith. Even though we “graduated”…we plan to continue to check in with Judith every few months. TG & CG

About Coaching: Coaching is a wonderful way to develop your potential. Are you where you want to be? As a coach, I will partner with you to support you in your growth and learning by asking thought-provoking questions and help you in uncovering your potential. I will help you develop a mindset that works for you and your situation. Most importantly, I’m there to support you through any challenge you bring in and help you to find solutions.

About Couples Coaching: I continue to be amazed and moved by the change that’s possible when two people work on themselves and their relationship. We will focus on the issues and challenges that you bring into the session, using different tools and modalities: for example Appreciative Inquiry, the Gottman Method, and the Work of Byron Katie, to name a few. Through a combination of in-depth work and hands-on tools, you will have clear ideas as to how to improve the relationship and communication in daily life.

I will ask you thought-provoking questions and will invite you to look at yourself and your partner from different angles. These “mind-stretches” can make it possible to develop a new understanding and perception. Whatever you are bringing in, we will look into it, work on it by looking at thinking patterns or behaviors, creating awareness and understanding, and making change possible.

Do you have any questions? I look forward to meeting you.
