This session is for individuals or couples who seek support in communication, trust, conflict resolution, and anything that’s challenging in the relationship. Sessions will be on Zoom or Skype and are about 1 hour long (not longer than 1 h 15 min). The Work is an amazing tool to look at things from all angles and expand one’s perspective.
One Session (for Individuals or Couples)

In our session we will do a combination of in-depth work and hands on tools. We will identify and question stressful thoughts, using Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (the Work of Byron Katie), as well as exercises and tools from Positive Psychology and the Gottman Method. Questioning our thinking and turning all thoughts around is like looking at everything from all possible angles. Looking within yourself and questioning your thoughts can help gain new insights about yourself and the people around you. I will encourage and facilitate you to find your own answers. And you will have a tool that you can use on your own.
