And who would you be without it? Open to anybody who is tired of the negative self-talk and wants to find a different way.

The Work of Byron Katie is not a philosophy and no rule book. In this 8-week immersion we will identify and question stressful thoughts. It’s an invitation to get still, to look within, to connect with your own wisdom. It’s very lively, engaging, and a powerful experience.

Every class will be recorded for the participants. It’s okay to miss a class – you can make it up on your own time. There is optional partner pairing for accountability and check ins as well as for homework in between classes to go deeper.

In all my work, my personal work as well as with clients, I’ve noticed the common theme of negative self-talk. It seems to be present for (almost) all of us in stress situations and it can be quite challenging to work through. It seems to be coming back…For decades I’ve been acutely aware of the voice in my head – especially as a performing pianist. I tried many techniques and approaches to make those thoughts stop. The Work is the only method I know that consistently and continuously makes a difference.  The Work goes to the root of the stress by looking at thoughts. It is an immersive experience that can change the way you look at yourself and the world.

Judith Pfeiffer is from Germany and moved to the US twenty-one years ago to pursue a doctorate in piano performance. She is a certified facilitator of the Work of Byron Katie and has worked with individuals, couples, and groups from all over the world. She is a life-long learner and very passionate about supporting others on their journey of learning and growing. She has offered numerous workshops and classes on transforming negative self-talk and moving beyond limiting beliefs. Judith’s personal journey has been about self-acceptance and self love, as well as learning how to balance being a single-mom, work, and self-care.
