The Work is a very powerful tool and works great for any stressful situation.
In our session we will do a combination of in-depth work and hands on tools. We will identify and question stressful thoughts, using Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (the Work of Byron Katie). Questioning our thinking and turning all thoughts around is like looking at everything from all possible angles. Looking within yourself and questioning your thoughts can help gain new insights about yourself and the people around you. I will encourage and facilitate you to find your own answers. And you will have a tool that you can use on your own.
